Bestseller India with a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences wanted to make sure their communication was relevant to each and every customer on not only SMS but digital channels as well.

To accomplish this, Bestseller leveraged Xeno's next-gen CRM to run 1-1 personalized campaigns at scale.
