February might have been a short month, but it sure was a blast here at Xeno. We were at Retail Leadership Summit and Indian Fashion Forum this month & both these events were a huge success.

P.S. The highlight from RLS was our Xeno booth which caught everyone’s eye. And it has to be my favorite booth till date. Have a look:

Daryaganj made it to Shark Tank😍

One of Xeno’s clients - Daryaganj Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. appeared on Shark Tank India Season 2 and grabbed a delicious deal by Aman Gupta. So honored to have them onboard & to have played a vital role in its growth as a cutting-edge provider of next-gen CRM solutions

⚙️What’s new in our Product?

1. Launched Global multi-channel OTP📲:

This update will allow users to receive OTP through various channels such as SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on their preference for the redemption of their rewards. This flexibility not only improves the user experience but also strengthens the security of the OTP solution by providing redundancy in case one channel fails.

2. Launched Gupshup integration with WhatsApp🤳🏽:

Gupshup integration enables users to communicate seamlessly with their customers through WhatsApp allowing:

  • Real-time message delivery and status updates
  • Create customizable templates supporting multimedia messages enabling easy and efficient message creation
  • Detailed analytics and reporting

3. Improved Facebook Ad Feature🖥️:

  • Ability to edit campaigns without pausing them providing greater flexibility and control for advertisers.
  • Real-time updates to ad performance metrics and reporting, enabling advertisers to monitor the impact of their changes and adjust their strategies accordingly
